Abstract: With the improvement of people’s living standards and the growth of improving demand, fruit consumption, especially the consumption of imported fruits, will play an increasingly important role in people’s lives. The demand for imported fruits in Beijing market is growing rapidly. In this paper, the demand status of imported fruits in Beijing is firstly combed, and then the factors affecting the demand of imported fruits in Beijing are emphatically analyzed. The demand of imported fruits in Beijing is empirically studied by modeling, and the total demand of imported fruits in Beijing in the next ten years is predicted.
