Abstract: Under the background of vigorously promoting the rural revitalization strategy, serving rural revitalization is the responsibility and mission of agriculture-related majors in local higher vocational colleges. The key to rural revitalization is the revitalization of talents. This paper took the agriculture-related major of Hengshui College of Vocational Technology as an example to propose the construction of "one understanding, two love and three strong" talent training goals. In the three-year training process of agriculture related major college students, the adoption of "freshman cognitive education, sophomore deepening education, junior sublimation education" talent training mode, and put forward reasonable development ideas in the optimization of agriculture-related majors, construction of teaching staff, and expansion of social services, in order to accurately help local rural revitalization and development,and ultimately achieve a win-win situation between local higher vocational colleges and rural revitalization.
