Abstract: With the rapid development of urbanization, the problem of unbalanced development between urban and rural areas has become increasingly prominent, which restricts the sustainable development of social economy to a certain extent. The implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the comprehensive land improvement project are the key factors to promote the balanced development of urban and rural areas. In order to explore the effective methods of comprehensive land consolidation, ArcGIS Pro software was proposed as a tool to provide strong technical support for comprehensive land consolidation planning through its advanced spatial analysis function, data management ability and visualization technology. Based on the example of a town in southern Yunnan,the application of ArcGIS Pro in land consolidation project is introduced in detail.
