青花椒采收机自动喂入装置设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Automatic Feeding Device for Harvester of Zanthoxylum schinifolium

  • 摘要: 基于环切原理的青花椒穗枝分离式采收机械,通过对循环输送装置、枝条夹持部件、枝条末端引导机构等关键部件的设计分析,确定各部分结构和工作参数后,设计了一种枝条自动喂入装置,配合采收机械完成枝条自动输送并喂入环刀口,实现青花椒穗枝分离式采收。样机联机作业试验显示,以花椒果油苞破损率和喂入准确率为评价指标,喂入装置的最近喂入速度要稍低于采收机的理论喂入速度。

     

    Abstract: Based on the principle of loop cutting, the separating harvesting machine with Zanthoxylum schinifolium branch was designed and analyzed through the key components such as circulation conveying device, branch holding component and branch end guiding mechanism. After determining the structure and working parameters of each part, a branch automatic feeding device was designed to cooperate with the harvesting machinery to automatically transfer and feed the branches into the ring knife edge to realize the separate harvesting of the Zanthoxylum schinifolium branch. The on-line operation test of the prototype showed that the recent feeding speed of the feeding device was slightly lower than the theoretical feeding speed of the harvester, taking the damage rate and feeding accuracy of the oil bud as evaluation indexes.
