Abstract:
Based on the principle of loop cutting, the separating harvesting machine with Zanthoxylum schinifolium branch was designed and analyzed through the key components such as circulation conveying device, branch holding component and branch end guiding mechanism. After determining the structure and working parameters of each part, a branch automatic feeding device was designed to cooperate with the harvesting machinery to automatically transfer and feed the branches into the ring knife edge to realize the separate harvesting of the Zanthoxylum schinifolium branch. The on-line operation test of the prototype showed that the recent feeding speed of the feeding device was slightly lower than the theoretical feeding speed of the harvester, taking the damage rate and feeding accuracy of the oil bud as evaluation indexes.
