离散元法在农业机械中应用的研究现状和发展趋势

Research Status and Development Trend of Discrete Element Method Application in Agricultural Machinery

  • 摘要: 随着现代化农业政策的推进,农业生产作业过程中机械化程度越来越高,而现代化农机装备设计与研发离不开计算机的数字化设计,农业机械生产作业阶段不同工况下与不同种农作物及物料的作用参数差别较大,是农业机械数字化设计的难点。离散元法作为一种不连续假设的计算机模拟方法,可以利用离散元法的特点,结合农业机械设计中的要求进行计算机模拟仿真分析。介绍了离散元法的基本理论概念、常见软件,总结了国内外离散元法研究进展情况,展望了离散元法局限与未来发展趋势,为推动离散元法在农业机械中的应用,促进农业领域的离散元软件开发,提供一种新的参考与思路。

     

    Abstract: With the promotion of modern agricultural policies, the degree of mechanization in the process of agricultural production operations is getting higher and higher, and the design and research and development of modern agricultural machinery equipment cannot be separated from the digital design of computers, and the function parameters of different crops and materials in different working conditions of agricultural machinery production and operation stages are quite different, which is the difficulty of digital design of agricultural machinery. As a computer simulation method with discontinuous hypothesis, the discrete element method can use the characteristics of the discrete element method to carry out computer simulation analysis based on the requirements in agricultural machinery design. By expounding the basic theoretical concepts and common software of discrete element method, the research progress of discrete element method at home and abroad is summarized, and the limitations and future development trend of discrete element method are summarized. In order to promote the application of discrete element method in agricultural machinery and promote the development of discrete element software in the agricultural field, this paper provided a new reference and idea.
