Abstract: The comprehensive reform project of agricultural water price in Jinyang irrigation area has brought unprecedented development opportunities to grass-roots water conservancy. The irrigation area has laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the strictest water resources management system through the upgrading and updating of metering facilities, wellhead transformation, automatic transmission, collection and remote monitoring of supporting water use information.
