Abstract:
Taking Beijing Agricultural Information Technology Research Center as an example(hereinafter referred to as the "center"), this paper discusses the experience gained in the management of non staff personnel of the center since 2015, and continuously carries out system reform and innovation in terms of salary and welfare, professional title evaluation and employment, on-the-job further education, through unremitting efforts, the management of non staff personnel of the center has made phased progress, and points out the management bottleneck at the present stage.
