黄芪提取物对鲫鱼抗氧化功能的影响

Effects of Astragalus membranaceus Extractive on Antioxidant Function of Carassius auratus

  • 摘要: 为研究黄芪提取物对鲫鱼机体抗氧化功能的影响,探讨了黄芪提取物在鲫鱼养殖中最适添加水平。按照单因素试验设计原则,以饲料中添加黄芪提取物为变量,将试验鲫鱼分成5个处理组,养殖试验鲫鱼8周。试验结束后,采集各组鲫鱼的血液,收集血清检测血清抗氧化指标。结果显示,试验组2和试验组3鲫鱼血清丙二醛水平显著降低(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活力显著提高(P<0.05);试验组2、试验组3和试验组4血清超氧化物歧化酶活力显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,在鲫鱼生产中添加适量的黄芪提取物可以显著增强机体的抗氧化功能,综合各项指标数据,黄芪提取物的最适添加量为500~1 000 mg/kg。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of Astragalus membranaceus extractive on the antioxidant function of Carassius auratus, the optimum supplemental level of Astragalus membranaceus extractive in Carassius auratus culture was discussed. According to the principle of single factor experiment design, the Carassius auratus were divided into 5 treatment groups with Astragalus membranaceus extractive as the variable and cultured for 8 weeks. After the experiment, the blood and serum of Carassius auratus were collected for detection of serum antioxidant index. The results showed that adding proper amount of Astragalus membranaceus extractive in the production of Carassius auratus could significantly enhance the antioxidant function of the body, and the optimal amount of Astragalus membranaceus extractive was 500~1 000 mg/kg.
