Abstract:
Biochar-supported nano zero-valent iron(nZVI/BC) composites were prepared. The remediation effect of nZVI/BC on heavy metal Cd in soil was evaluated by the mass concentration of available cadmium, leaching toxicity and soil physical and chemical properties. Results showed that compared with the control group, after 15 days of remediation, the mass concentration of available cadmium in nZVI/BC treatment group decreased by 86.18%; the leaching mass concentration of cadmium decreased from 0.105mg/L to 0.038 mg/L, and effectively reduces the dissolution of cadmium and environmental risks.
