Abstract:
In this study, M9T337 apple dwarf rootstock was used as material, and four treatments were set up: control group(CK),120 g bacterial fertilizer + conventional fertilizer(T1), 240 g bacterial fertilizer + conventional fertilizer(T2), 360 g grass fertilizer +conventional fertilizer(T3). This project aimed to lay a foundation for improving the quality of apples and realizing the sustainable development of apples by studying the application amount of different microbial fertilizer on apple nutritional growth, soil physical and chemical properties and plant nutrient elements content. The results showed that the vegetative growth of apples was significantly enhanced under the application of different microbial fertilizers. Compared with CK, the total biomass, total root length, total number of root tips, root surface area and root activity increased by 36.07%, 59.4%, 0.7% and 66.27%, respectively, and T3had the best effect. Applying different microbial fertilizer can obviously improve the physical and chemical properties of soil, and the contents of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus, available calcium and organic matter in soil are increased by 64.26%, 48.33%,36.64% and 73.45%, respectively, compared with CK. At the same time, compared with CK, urease, phosphatase, sucrose activity increased by 78.62%, 51.94%, 76.39%, respectively. Compared with CK, the contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total calcium increased by 65.67%, 77.31% and 77.92%, respectively. The results showed that the microbial fertilizer could promote the growth of apple M9T337 seedlings and had a positive effect on the growth of apple.
