基于视频分析技术的鱼苗计数装置设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Fry Counting Device Based on Video Analysis Technology

  • 摘要: 为解决鱼苗养殖过程中鱼苗计数耗费大量人力、效率低、精准度不高的问题,设计了一种基于视频分析技术可持续间歇性计数的鱼苗计数装置。首先通过气泵抽出设备内的空气,在鱼苗养殖池水面与设备内制造压力差,使得待测鱼苗和水一同进入设备中,流经设备内的通道;由设备内的摄像装备采集鱼苗流过的图像,逐帧获取灰度图像;降低分辨率;腐蚀、膨胀图像;阈值二值化图像;提取出五列像素;将每一帧的五列像素与上一帧的五列像素对比,如果白像素变为黑像素,则鱼苗数量加1,再通过活塞、连杆、浮球对设备内的气压控制实现可持续间歇性计数,最终得到鱼苗的总数。在获取鱼苗视频后,本装置计数速度快误差小并且无需人工操作,可以节省大量人力资源,提高效率。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of large amount of manpower, low efficiency and low accuracy in fry counting in the process of fry breeding, a fry counting device based on video analysis technology was designed. Firstly, the air in the equipment is pumped out by the air pump to create pressure difference between the water surface of the fish pond and the equipment, so that the fish fry and water to be tested enter the equipment together and flow through the channel in the equipment; the camera in the equipment collects the image of the fish fry flowing through, and obtains the gray image frame by frame; reduces the resolution; corrodes and expands the image; binarizes the threshold image; extracts five columns of pixels, and compared with the five column pixels of the previous frame, if the white pixel becomes black, the number of fry will be increased by 1, and then the piston, connecting rod and floating ball control the air pressure in the device to achieve continuous intermittent counting, and finally get the total number of fry. After obtaining the fry video, the device has fast counting speed, small error and no manual operation, which can save a lot of human resources and improve efficiency.
