Abstract: The low temperature freezing injury of Chinese prickly ash has become an important factor that affects the enthusiasm of Chinese prickly ash farmers and restricts the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese prickly ash industry. Through experiments and long-term production practice, summed up the technical measures of preventing different types of freezing injury and rescue after the occurrence of freezing injury, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of freezing injury, reduce the loss of farmers and promote the development of pepper industry.
