Abstract: The internationally accepted principle of free access of agricultural cooperatives has important guiding significance for China’s agricultural cooperation. Family management is determined by the industrial characteristics of agriculture. Family farm is a successful agricultural organization in the world. The central government’s policy on the separation of collective ownership of agricultural land, household contract right and management and use right and the transfer of use right promote agricultural cooperation and agricultural modernization.
