    Abstract: The production of pollution-free vegetables is a complex system engineering, which involves the selection of producing environment, the control of production process and the detection of end products. This paper analyzes the risk factors of pollution-free vegetables, and puts forward the prevention and control measures for the quality and safety of pollution-free agricultural products.
