Abstract: Using the method of questionnaire, this paper investigates the farmers using fully biodegradable plastic film in Chengjiang City from four aspects: the use degree of biodegradable plastic film, the amount of residual film after use, the output value and the purchase price of farmers. The conclusions are as follows: First, the effect of heat preservation and moisture preservation of fully biodegradable plastic film is basically close to that of ordinary plastic film, which has strong feasibility. Second, more than 50% of farmers believe that it is convenient to operate and not easy to break, and the output has increased steadily, which is of popularization value. Third, more than 50% of farmers reflected that the amount of residual film after flue-cured tobacco picking was 30% or less,and the degradation effect was good. Fourth, the price of degradable plastic film is less acceptable to farmers, so it is necessary to further control the price and improve the utilization rate.
