Abstract:
In this experiment, the content of rutin in quinoa in Jingle County, is determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Chromatographic conditions are: Agela Technologies Venusil ABS C18 column, mobile phase is acetonitrile-water(2∶8), flow rate is 0.800 mL·min
-1, column temperature was 30°C, detection wavelength is 200 nm, and injection volume is 20 uL. The experimental results showed that the linear relationship is good when the injection concentration of rutin is between 2~120 μg·mL
-1. The regression equation is y=0.316 44x-0.068 1(Correlation coefficient r=0.999 9). The average sample recovery is 98.33%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 2.02%.
