Abstract: The electronic belt scale is used to weigh the bulk material rapidly, continuously and accumulatively in the production of tobacco leaf threshing and redrying. 5M1E analysis was used in order to improve the measuring precision of electronic belt scale in threshing and redrying. This method analyzes the factors that affect the measuring precision of electronic belt scale, and puts forward the improvement method to the analysis result, which can effectively improve the measurement precision of electronic belt scale.
