番茄加工质量数字化监管平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Digital Supervision Platform for Tomato Processing Quality

  • 摘要: 以番茄加工全流程为研究对象,在分析番茄加工质量管理问题、产品工艺现状和优化需求的基础上,结合新一代信息技术,对番茄加工质量数字化监管平台的总体架构、详细功能模块进行设计,并通过软硬件部署和系统集成,实现平台开发和应用。研究成果的应用解决了现有的质量管理问题,达到了提高决策效率和管理水平、降低茄制品不合格率和原料损耗,从而增加企业经济效益的目的。

     

    Abstract: Taking the entire process of tomato processing as the research object, based on the analysis of tomato processing quality management issues, product process status, and optimization needs, combined with new generation information technology, the overall architecture and detailed functional modules of the digital supervision platform for tomato processing quality are designed.Through software and hardware deployment and system integration, the platform development and application are realized. The application of research results has solved existing quality management problems, achieved the goal of improving decision-making efficiency and management level, reducing the unqualified rate of eggplant products and raw material loss, and thereby increasing the economic benefits of enterprises.
