Abstract:
In order to investigate the influence of different light conditions on the production and accumulation of effective components of Pinellia ternata tissue culture, different color filter membranes were used to obtain different light quality, and 5 treatments were set up: white membrane, yellow membrane, blue membrane, red membrane and green membrane. Leaf length, leaf width and plant height were measured every 5 days after Pinellia ternata emergence. The effective component accumulation of Pinellia ternata tuber was calculated after seedlings were dropped. The results showed that yellow film could promote the mass growth of Pinellia ternata mass, while red film could promote the formation of pearl bud and promote the reproduction of Pinellia ternata mass. The accumulation of effective components in white film was higher than that in other treatments. It is concluded that yellow film can promote the growth and development of Pinellia ternata, and red film can promote the bud formation, and the reproduction coefficient under red film is the largest. Red light can be used to improve the yield of Pinellia ternata.
