Abstract:
Ground measurement and reporting is an important basis for providing weather forecast and special meteorological services. The quality of ground measurement and reporting is directly related to the effect of meteorological services. Thunderstorm, fog, hail, strong wind, tornado, snowfall and other bad weather often bring great resistance to the ground measurement and reporting work. Based on the work experience of the Meteorological Bureau of Hekou District, this paper explores the observation and technical treatment countermeasures of the ground measurement and reporting work under bad weather conditions.
