Abstract: By using the method of questionnaire survey, this paper analyzed the satisfaction of participants in the training of new farmers in Nanyang City. The results showed that participants were satisfied with the training on the whole, but there were still some dissatisfaction with the training time, teaching content and training doubt solving. This study can provide reference and suggestion for Nanyang City to develop farmer training plan.
