Abstract: Agricultural equipment service and management is a compulsory professional practice course for plant protection major in secondary vocational schools. The teaching content is wide and the operation is difficult. As a result, students have a general grasp of the course knowledge and the teaching effect is poor. Course teaching plays a very important role in the process of talent training. According to the professional characteristics, the course needs to carry out in-depth reform in coordination with schools and enterprises,take modular teaching as the guidance, build application-oriented courses, innovate teaching methods, optimize teaching practice links, and improve students’ comprehensive application abilities such as professional and technical skills. Taking the course of "agricultural equipment service and management" as an example, this paper explores and practices the corresponding curriculum reform.
