干旱胁迫对2个春小麦品种苗期生理指标的影响

Effects of Drought Stress on Physiological Indexes of Two Spring Wheat Cultivars at Seedling Stage

  • 摘要: 小麦品种以高原166和高原398为材料,使用不同浓度的PEG-6000模拟干旱,探究干旱胁迫下对小麦苗期生理指标的影响,为小麦抗旱育种提供理论依据。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫程度加剧,小麦2个品种的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、可溶性糖(SS)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量均呈上升趋势,丙二醛(MAD)含量是先升后降;轻度胁迫下,高原398的丙二醛含量相比对照上升幅度低于高原166;重度胁迫下,高原398的SOD活性、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量相比对照增幅高于高原166。结果表明高原398的耐旱性好于高原166。

     

    Abstract: Gaoyuan 166 and Gaoyuan 398 wheat varieties were used as materials, different concentrations of PEG-6000 were used to simulate drought stress using Gaoyuan 166 and Gaoyuan 398 wheat cultivars as materials, and the effects of drought stress on physiological indexes of seedling stage wheat cultivars were explored, in order to provide a theoretical basis for drought-resistant breeding of wheat. The results showed that with the intensification of drought stress, the SOD activity, SS and Pro content of the two wheat cultivars showed an upward trend, and the MDA content showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, and under mild drought stress, the MDA content of Gaoyuan 398 increased lower than that of Gaoyuan 166. Under severe drought stress, the SOD activity, SS and Pro content of Gaoyuan 398 increased higher than that of Gaoyuan 166. It is indicated that the drought tolerance of Gaoyuan 398 is better than that of Gaoyuan 166.
