Abstract: In order to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights of origin of Xinjiang characteristic agricultural products, better protect the vital interests of Xinjiang farmers, and further promote the economic development of Xinjiang. Through the distribution of questionnaires and field investigations, the existing problems are studied, the system of origin protection of Xinjiang characteristic agricultural products is improved, and talents and technology are actively introduced to help farmers form agricultural technology protection, geographical indication protection, trademark protection and agricultural product patent protection.
