晋薯16号脱毒微型薯原原种标准化生产技术

Standardized Virus-free Seed Potato Minitubers Technology of Jinshu NO.16

  • 摘要: 晋薯16号马铃薯品种是山西、内蒙古、陕西、甘萧等地主要推广的高产抗病品种,特别是在山西省马铃薯主产区推广面积达到全省马铃薯推广面积超过60%,是山西省"十三五"期间的主推品种。推广过程中马铃薯退化是主要问题,退化造成产量减少、品质变差,严重影响到马铃薯的种植效益。通过茎尖脱毒、脱毒微型薯标准化生产技术,产出高质量符合标准的脱毒微型薯原原种,能够提高马铃薯产量和品质,高标准的脱毒种薯是提高晋薯16号马铃薯经济效益的最有效的方法和途径。

     

    Abstract: The high-yield and disease-resistant variety of potato named Jinshu NO.16 is mainly popularized in Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi and Gansu, etc. Especially in main potato production areas in Shanxi Province, the promotion area of Jinshu NO. 16 could take 60% of all promotion areas of all the varieties of potatoes in Shanxi. Potato degeneration is always one of the biggest problems that happens during the promotion processes of all varieties of potatoes. The degeneration of potatoes could reduce the production of potatoes, decline the quality of potatoes, and even severely disrupt the economic benefits of potatoes. Producing high-quality and qualified virus-free seed potato minitubers by using the technologies of meristem tip culture, and standardized virus-free seed potato minitubers is the way to improve the output and quality of potatoes. High-standard virus-free seed potato is the most effective way to improve the economic benefits of Jinshu NO.16.
