Abstract: Starting with the development history of Lentinula edodes industrial cultivation at home and abroad, the main technology and process flow of Lentinula edodes industrial cultivation were introduced, the current equipment of Lentinula edodes industrial cultivation was summarized, and the development trend of Lentinula edodes cultivation in the future was prospected.
