基于多传感器技术的园林绿篱修剪装置设计

Design of Garden Hedge Pruning Device Based on Multi Sensor Technology

  • 摘要: 针对传统绿篱修剪装备修剪效率低、劳动量较大且修剪质量不一等问题,提出了使用STM32单片机为主控制单元,选用MPU六轴传感器、光敏检测、网络通信、步进电机控制器和光耦继电器等模块,设计园林绿化机器的电子控制系统的思路。经测试,设计的电子控制系统有较高的自动化水平,可完全实现模块化,对减少劳动力及提高园林绿化水平有使用价值。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of low pruning efficiency, high labor volume, and inconsistent pruning quality in traditional hedge pruning equipment, a STM32 microcontroller is proposed as the main control unit, with modules such as MPU six axis sensor,photosensitive detection, network communication, stepper motor controller, and optocoupler relay interspersed. An electronic control system for landscaping machines is designed. The system has a high level of automation and can fully achieve modularity. After testing, the system has certain practical value in reducing labor and improving the level of landscaping.
