黄芩生物技术研究进展

The Progress on Biotechnology of Scutellaria Baicalensis

  • 摘要: 通过查阅黄芩相关文献,对生物技术在黄芩中的应用进行综述,比较分析了黄芩的快速繁殖、愈伤组织的诱导和培养、毛状根的诱导和培养,内生真菌培养,采用生物技术方法获取黄芩活性成分黄芩苷或黄芩素,促进中药传承和创新发展,以期为利用黄芩生物技术富集黄芩苷提供一定的参考。

     

    Abstract: The review is limited on Biotechnology of Scutellaria baicalensis and analyzes the rapid propagation, callus induction and culture, hairy roots induction and culture, endophytic fungi culture. The active constituents of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi can be produced by biotechnology and it promotes the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.This provides a reference for the enrichment of Baicalin by Scutellariae biotechnology.
