Abstract: Through the introduction experiment of 8 high quality cucumber varieties, investigated the botanical characters, fruit commodity characters, fruit yield and fruit quality characters, and comprehensively evaluated the plant characters, fruit characters, fruit quality and yield of cucumber by principal component analysis and fuzzy membership function analysis. The high yield and quality variety ’Zhongnong No. 26’ suitable for cultivation in Alar area was preliminarily selected, and its comprehensive evaluation value was higher than other varieties. It has strong growth potential, good fruit characters, early maturity and high yield, and its yield is717.15 kg/0.067 hm~2higher than that of the local main cultivar ’Xintaimici’. It can be promoted as an excellent cultivar in Alar area.
