Abstract:
Higher vocational colleges provide high-skilled talents for the manufacturing industry, which makes great contributions to promoting social and economic development. The social service ability of teachers majoring in manufacturing in higher vocational colleges directly affects the quality of talent output in colleges. Establishing professional teachers’ practice access system, making professional teachers’ quality improvement plan, improving professional teachers’ ability integration adaptability, building professional teachers’ science and technology service team, building professional teachers’ ability construction platform and perfecting professional teachers’ social service performance evaluation mechanism are effective measures to improve the construction of professional teachers’ social service ability in higher vocational colleges.
