Abstract: 2020 is the decisive year for China to fight against poverty, and the country puts comprehensive poverty alleviation at the top of the government’s work. Due to historical and geographical reasons, the economy of Guizhou Province is relatively backward,which is the key area of poverty alleviation. Guizhou Province, taking the initiative and closely combining with the work deployment of the Party Central Committee, puts forward the poverty alleviation strategy with characteristics of Guizhou Province. Under the background of poverty alleviation policy, focusing on the integration of rural culture and tourism, this paper analyzes the way out of rural economic development, which is not only the inevitable trend of Guizhou rural economic development in the future, but also of great significance to realize the sustainable development of rural economy, the implementation of rural revitalization, and the realization of poverty alleviation and prosperity.
