Abstract:
In order to study the appropriate amount of manure used as base fertilizer and the thickness of soil cover in greenhouse cattle manure and tomato were used as experimental materials,a randomized block design was adopted, and the effects of differen treatments on root damage, root fresh quality, stem and leaf fresh quality and fruit yield of tomato were studied. The results show tha when the soil cover thickness was below 0.12 m,the larger the soil cover thickness was,the less damaged tomato roots would be The average root fresh weight per plant, stem and leaf fresh weight and yield of tomato would also increase. Moreover, when the soi cover was 0.2 m,the root fresh weight per plant would increase. The fruit yield in the plot reached the maximum of 252.77 kg.When the thickness of soil cover exceeds 0.12 m,the biological yield and economic yield will decrease with the increase of the thickness of soil cover. When applying undecomposed cow manure as base fertilizer in greenhouse,it is appropriate to apply 15 m~3/667 m~2cow manure,75 kg/667 m~2diammonium phosphate and 0.12 m soil.
