Abstract: Under the background of high-quality development, exploring the path of rural industry revitalization suitable for the actual situation of Hengyang City is of great significance for promoting the optimization and upgrading of economic structure and promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. This paper discussed Hengyang City’s strategies in optimizing industrial structure, innovating social governance model, deepening land system reform and expanding market, aiming at providing feasible suggestions for the sustainable development of rural industry in Hengyang City.
