干旱胁迫对不同品系藜麦苗期生长特性的影响

Effects of Drought Stress on Growth Characteristics of Different Strains of Chenopodium quinoa at Seedling Stage

  • 摘要: 为了给干旱地区的藜麦品种选择提供理论支持和技术指导,分析研究了不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)对藜麦苗期生长特性的影响。结果表明,不同品系的藜麦在干旱胁迫下的生长和生理响应存在差异,随着干旱胁迫的增强,藜麦的株高、叶面积和生物量呈下降趋势;不同品系藜麦对干旱胁迫的响应差异表明了它们的抗旱特性的不同,黑色和红色品系的藜麦在一定胁迫程度下表现出较好的适应性和较高的抗旱能力,而灰色和白色品系的藜麦对干旱胁迫的敏感性相对较高。因此,在干旱地区进行藜麦种植时,选择具有较强抗旱能力的黑色和红色品系会更加适宜。

     

    Abstract: In order to provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the selection of Chenopodium quinoa varieties in arid areas, the effects of different concentrations of polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000) on the growth characteristics of Chenopodium quinoa seedling were analyzed. The results showed that the growth and physiological response of different strains of Chenopodium quinoa under drought stress were different. The plant height, leaf area and biomass of Chenopodium quinoa decreased with the increase of drought stress. The different responses of Chenopodium quinoa strains to drought stress indicated their different drought resistance characteristics. Black and red Chenopodium quinoa strains showed better adaptability and higher drought resistance under certain stress levels, while gray and white Chenopodium quinoa strains showed relatively higher sensitivity to drought stress. Therefore,when planting Chenopodium quinoa in dry areas, it is more appropriate to select black and red strains with strong drought resistance.
