Abstract: This paper expounds the background of "New Engineering" and "Double 10 000 Plan" and their requirements for food talent training, analyzes the important role of the course in talent training, and explains the reform of the content and teaching method of food analysis and inspection course, in order to provide reference and reference for the training of innovative food talents.
