Abstract: With the planting area of rice increases, and the rice cultivation technology is becoming more and more mature, but there are still some factors affecting rice production, among which the problem of diseases and pests is one of the main factors. This paper analyzes the types and identification of rice diseases and insect pests, and discusses the methods of preventing and controlling diseases and insect pests, in order to provide theoretical support for improving rice production.
