Abstract: This paper introduces the current situation, regional distribution characteristics and processing enterprises of pepper processing industry, analyzes the problems existing in the development of pepper processing industry and puts forward the development direction and solutions. Vigorously promote the deep processing of pepper industry, extend the industrial chain, improve the economic benefits of pepper, increase farmers’ economic income and help rural revitalization.
