Abstract:
The production of edible fungi is not only one of the important components of the development of vegetable characteristic industry in Yuechi County, but also one of the important links to build a green ecological circular agricultural system and broaden the channels of farmers’ income. In order to effectively improve the quality and yield of edible fungi, taking Yuechi County as an example, the main technical points of edible fungi production and management were deeply discussed from the aspects of origin selection and requirements, mushroom shed construction and disinfection, raw material preparation, production conditions, disease and pest control, and harvest management.
