生物降解材料PLA的制备和聚乳酸薄膜应用研究

  • 摘要: PLA是属于线形脂肪族热塑性聚酯,用植物资源合成的聚乳酸生物降解能力较强。聚乳酸的合成、加工和应用对降解地膜的生产有重要的意义。聚乳酸地膜不仅具有全生物降解性、无毒性和良好的生物相容性,而且具有高强度、高模量和良好的透气性能及透CO2性能,也具有隔离气味的特性,病毒及霉菌依附在聚乳酸薄膜的表面,能促进聚乳酸地膜的降解。

     

    Abstract: PLA is a linear aliphatic thermoplastic polyester. Polylactic acid synthesized from plant resources has strong biodegradability. The synthesis, processing and application of PLA are of great significance to the production of degradable mulch film. Polylactic acid(PLA) mulching film not only has full biodegradability, non-toxic and good biocompatibility, but also has high strength,high modulus, good air permeability and CO2 permeability, and also has the characteristics of odor isolation. Virus and mold attached to the surface of PLA film can promote the degradation of PLA mulching film.
