Abstract: In order to distinguish porcine epidemic diarrhea and porcine transmissible gastroenteritis, this study established a dual liquid-phase chip detection technology for porcine epidemic diarrhea virus（PEDV） and porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus（TGEV）. The results showed that the detection method had good specificity and could distinguish and diagnose PEDV and TGEV at the same time. The coincidence rate with fluorescent RT-PCR was 100%, which could effectively distinguish and diagnose two mixed infection diseases.
