Abstract: The agricultural production trusteeship of "Yicheng Model" is a mode of agricultural production and management in which farmers and other business entities entrust all or part of the operation links such as farming and harvest prevention in agricultural production to agricultural productive service organizations without transferring land management rights. Through practice, "willing to support, professional work, standardized work and increased benefit" has been realized, and the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural production has really been realized. It has opened up a new way for the development of modern agriculture.
