博洛塔绢蒿种子丸粒化配方筛选及加工工艺

Screening and Processing Technology of Pellet Granulation Formula for Seriphidium borotalense Seed

  • 摘要: 以博洛塔绢蒿种子为研究对象,使用“丸粒胚”包衣方法,采用混料试验设计,研究包衣剂中不同物料(膨润土、滑石粉、黏土、脱硫石膏)配比(共20种配方)对博洛塔绢蒿丸粒化种子物理形状的影响及不同胚粉比(共4种配方)下衣分层厚度对博洛塔绢蒿丸粒化种子萌发的影响。通过对20种处理崩解时间的测定,筛选膨润土+滑石粉为二次包衣材料;再对其5种处理进行抗压强度的测定,选出B3处理(膨润土∶滑石粉=0.20∶0.80)和B4处理(膨润土∶滑石粉=0.25%∶0.75)为较优配比。流动性试验结果表明,B3和B4的流动性差异性不显著,B3、B4与CK相比,流动性显著上升;处理组内C2处理(丸粒胚∶包衣剂=1.0∶0.4)表现最好,发芽指标相对其余处理差异显著,且衣分层厚度个体间差异最小。

     

    Abstract: The seed of Seriphidium borotalense was taken as the research object,the coating method of"pellet embryo"was used and the mixing test design was adopted.The effects of different materials in coating agent on the physical shape of the pelleted seeds and the effects of coating layer thickness on the germination of Seriphidium borotalense seeds with different germ powder ratio were studied.By measuring the disintegration time of 20 kinds of treatment,bentonite and talc powder were selected as the secondary coat‐ing materials.Then the compressive strength of the five treatments was determined,and B3treatment and B4treatment were selected as the optimal ratio.The liquidity test results show that the liquidity difference between B3and B4is not significant,and the liquidity of B3and B4is significantly higher than that of CK.In the treatment group,C2treatment showed the best performance,the germina‐tion index was significantly different from other treatments,and the difference of coating layer thickness between individuals was minimal.
