不同品种苦荞的经济性状以及营养物质的差异研究

Study on the Differences of Economic Characters and Nutrients of Different Buckwheat Varieties

  • 摘要: 通过对9个品种的苦荞进行对比试验,分析不同品种苦荞的经济性状以及营养物质的差异。通过本次对比试验可知,不同品种苦荞的经济性状不同,西荞一号、川荞一号、迪荞一号、湘新-2、黑丰1号、定苦荞1号、品苦、刺荞、赤苦荞2号中,迪荞一号的产量最高,为6.01 kg;在营养物质方面,不同品种苦荞中的粗蛋白含量、脂肪含量、芦丁含量差异显著,其中黑丰一号中的芦丁含量最高,为11.1%;品苦的粗蛋白含量最高,为16%;湘新-2和刺荞中的脂肪含量最高,为2.9%。

     

    Abstract: Through the comparative test of 9 varieties of tartary buckwheat, the economic characters and nutrient differences of different varieties of tartary buckwheat were analyzed. The results showed that the yield of Diqiao No. 1 was the highest(6.01 kg), the rutin content of Heifeng No.1 was the highest(11.1%), the crude protein content of Pinku was the highest(16%), the fat content of xiangxin-2 and buckwheat was the highest(2.9%).
