Design and Parameter Optimization of the Picking Device for Self-propelled Harvester of Ziziphus jujuba

  • 摘要: 为提高自走式红枣收获机捡拾装置性能,基于捡拾装置的结构及工作原理,对该装置的风机、风箱关键部件进行了设计优化,并结合实地试验,得出捡拾装置最优工作参数。最终确定关键部件设计优化为:捡拾风机型号为9-19-4.5A;捡拾风箱箱体长500 mm、宽300 mm、高345 mm,箱体入口内径140 mm、出口内径185 mm,箱体壁厚4 mm,箱体作业高度1 100 mm。当捡拾装置风机转速为3 054 r/min、前进速度为0.15 m/s、距地高度为54.29 mm、枣带宽度为265.95 mm时,红枣捡净率为98.43%,达到最优捡拾水平。
    Abstract: In order to improve the performance of the self propelled Ziziphus jujuba harvester’s picking device, based on the current structure and working principle of the picking device, the key components of the fan and bellows of the device were designed and optimized. Combined with field experiments, the optimal working parameters of the picking device were obtained. The final key component design optimization is determined as follows: the pickup fan model is 9-19-4.5A. The pickup bellows box is 500 mm long,300 mm wide, 345 mm high, with an inner diameter of 140 mm at the inlet and 185 mm at the outlet. The wall thickness of the box is4 mm, and the operating height of the box is 1 100 mm. And when the fan speed of the picking device is 3 054 r/min, the forward speed is 0.15 m/s, the height from the ground is 54.29 mm, and the width of the Ziziphus jujuba belt is 265.95 mm, the Ziziphus jujuba picking rate is 98.43%, reaching the optimal picking level.
