Abstract: Based on the data collected in the past 5 years, apply trend analysis method to explore the current situation of rural land trusteeship, and propose corresponding countermeasures based on the difficulties it faces. Generally speaking, it was found that land trusteeship is showing a stable and positive trend, and a win-win interest connection mechanism is formed between the land trusteeship subject and the entrusted farmers. Under this contractual form of principal-agent relationship, there are also custody issues such as funding, degree of organization, service capabilities, and risk protection. If we improve the land trusteeship security system, promote industrial integration and strengthen policy support, we can reduce the risk of rural land trusteeship and obtain better benefits.
