茶多酚生物活性研究进展
Research Progress on Bioactivity of Tea Polyphenols

摘要: 茶多酚是茶叶中最主要的活性成分,是茶叶中多酚羟基类化合物的总称。近年来,茶多酚因其抗氧化、降脂护肝、抗肿瘤、抑菌等多种生物活性而成为天然产物的研究热点,可广泛应用于食品及医药等领域。文章对茶多酚的生物活性研究及其应用进行了综述。Abstract: Tea polyphenol is the most important active component in tea, which is the general name of polyphenol hydroxyl compounds.Tea polyphenols(TP) have become the research hotspot of natural products due to their antioxidant, lipid-lowering, liver protecting,anti-tumor, antibacterial and other biological activities, and are widely used in food and medicine fields. In this paper, the biological activity of tea polyphenols and its application were reviewed.
