不同拌种剂对小麦茎基腐病的防治效果对比与安全性评价

Comparison and Safety Evaluation of the Control Effect of Different Seed Mixers on Wheat Crown Rot

  • 摘要: 为明确不同拌种剂对小麦茎基腐病的防治效果和安全性的影响,筛选出适合甘肃陇西地区小麦茎基腐病最优防治拌种剂,助力甘肃陇西地区小麦安全生产和粮食稳定。于2022年10月—2023年6月在甘肃省陇西县地区设计了3个处理展开试验研究。结果表明:27%苯醚·咯·噻虫悬浮种衣剂和包巧·地衣芽孢杆菌·苏云金芽孢杆菌小麦高效拌种剂处理下小麦能安全地生长,与喷施清水对照相比,小麦茎基腐病发病率分别降低74.24%和77.27%,防治效果分别达到76.86%和78.51%;以包巧·地衣芽孢杆菌·苏云金芽孢杆菌小麦高效拌种剂处理下防治效果最优,此处理下小麦收获期总穗数、穗粒数、千粒质量和产量分别为46.47×10~4株/667 m2、26.84粒/穗、40.16 g和510.24 kg/667 m2

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the effects of different seed mixes on the control effect and safety of wheat stem base rot disease, the optimal seed mix suitable for the control of wheat stem base rot disease in Longxi region of Gansu Province was selected to help the wheat safety production and grain stability in Longxi region of Gansu Province. Three treatments were designed and studied in Longxi County, Gansu Province from October 2022 to June 2023. The results showed that the wheat could grow safely under the treatment of 27% phenyleth-roxylthianium suspension seed coating agent and Baoqi, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus thuringiensis high-efficiency seed mix agent, and the incidence of wheat stem base rot was reduced by 74.24% and 77.27%, respectively, compared with the spray water control, and the control effect reached 76.86% and 78.51%, respectively. Under the treatment of Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus thuringiensis, the control effect was the best. Under this treatment, the total panicle number, kernel number per spike, thousand kernel weight and yield of wheat were 46.47×10~4 strains/667 m~2, 26.84 grains/ear, 40.16 g and 510.24 kg/667m~2, respectively.
