Abstract: In recent years, under the background of China’s "the belt and road initiative" initiative, China and Russia have close economic and trade exchanges, and the cooperation between the two countries has broad prospects for development.Heilongjiang Province, as the province closest to Russia in the border city, has opportunities and conditions for trade cooperation with Russia. This paper studies the current situation of agricultural products export cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and Russia, and explores the future agricultural products cooperation path, so as to promote the sustained and stable development of agricultural products trade between the two countries.
