Study on the Application of Mechanization Technologyin the Key Link of Sweet Potato Production

Sweet potato planting and harvesting are seasonal. At present, it mainly depends on manual operation, with low production efficiency, poor operation quality and high labor intensity. At the same time, with the gradual aging of rural labor, young labor has gradually turned to the secondary and tertiary industries, and the labor shortage has restricted the development of sweet potato planting industry to a certain extent. Therefore, realizing the mechanization of sweet potato planting and harvesting has become an urgent problem to be solved. Using the mechanization technology in the key links of sweet potato production can greatly improve the efficiency of ridging, seedling killing and harvesting of sweet potato and reduce the production cost. This paper mainly studies the demonstration application of this technology in Baodi.
