Research Progress on the Control of Fruit Tree Diseases and Insect Pests by Trunk Injection

The prevention and control of fruit tree diseases and insect pests basically adopts the traditional spraying method. The foliar spraying method not only has low pesticide utilization rate and serious waste of agricultural resources, but also pollutes the natural environment and kills natural enemy insects. The trunk injection method can avoid the shortcomings of the spray method. Therefore, this article reviews the application of trunk injection in the control of fruit tree diseases and pests, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of injection, and provides references for future applications.
